By registering for and attending the MC IBD 2024 – Fall Webinar (the "Event"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register for or attend the Event.

2. Registration and Payment​

2.1. All registrations for the Event must be completed through our official registration system. 2.2. Payment of the applicable registration fee must be made in full at the time of registration. 2.3. For any refund inquiries, please contact us at info@fusionmdnetwork.com.

3. Code of Conduct​

3.1. All participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards others during the Event. 3.2. Harassment of any kind, including but not limited to verbal, physical, or sexual harassment, will not be tolerated. 3.3. Participants must adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the Event organizers.

4. Privacy and Data Protection​

4.1. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). 4.2. By registering for the Event, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes of event administration and communication. 4.3. Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

5. Use of Image and Likeness​

5.1. By attending the Event, you acknowledge and agree that the organizers may capture photographs and video recordings of the Event, which may include your image or likeness. 5.2. You grant the organizers the right to use, reproduce, and distribute such images and recordings for promotional and informational purposes in any media, without compensation or further notice. 5.3. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please send an email to info@fusionmdnetwork.com.

6. Liability​

6.1. The organizers will not be liable for any technical issues, interruptions, or failures that may occur during the webinar due to circumstances beyond the organizers' control, including but not limited to internet connection problems, software malfunctions, or participant device issues. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection and appropriate software and hardware for accessing the webinar.

7. Changes and Cancellation​

7.1. The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the Event program, including but not limited to the schedule, speakers, and venue, at any time without prior notice. 7.2. In the unlikely event that the Event is canceled, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and registration fees will be refunded in full.

8. Governing Law​

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
