By registering for and attending the 35th International Course on Therapeutic Endoscopy (the "Event"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register for or attend the Event.

3. Code of Conduct

3.1. All participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards others during the Event. 3.2. Harassment of any kind, including but not limited to verbal, physical, or sexual harassment, will not be tolerated. 3.3. Participants must adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the Event organizers and the venue.

By registering for the Event, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes of event administration and communication. 4.3. 5. Use of Image and Likeness

5.1. By attending the Event, you acknowledge and agree that the organizers may capture photographs and video recordings of the Event, which may include your image or likeness. 5.2. You grant the organizers the right to use, reproduce, and distribute such images and recordings for promotional and informational purposes in any media, without compensation or further notice. 5.3. 6. Liability

6.1. The organizers will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred by participants as a result of their attendance at the Event. 6.2. Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings and should not leave them unattended at the Event.

7. Changes and Cancellation

7.1. The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the Event program, including but not limited to the schedule, speakers, and venue, at any time without prior notice. 7.2. In the unlikely event that the Event is canceled, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and registration fees will be refunded in full.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
